Hi, I’m Lianne, the founder and creative strategist, optimist and sports enthusiast. I combine strategy, design & AI to build brands that feel right and evolve with the world of tomorrow.

I create complete brand worlds where strategy, design, AI, positioning and leadership come together as one powerful whole. I translate vision into systems, ambition into positioning and identity into authority. Not a temporary rebrand or a static visual identity, but a future-proof foundation designed for growth, impact and thinking bigger.
I founded Studio Lianne Koster in 2015 as a creative design studio focused on branding, graphic design and web design. But it didn’t take long for me to realize that design and aesthetics weren’t the only things that excited me. What I loved even more was making everything strategically click. Finding the essence behind a brand. Sharpening the story. Building a complete brand world where everything connects.
For ten years, I combined running my studio with my role as Web Manager at HAY Netherlands. That’s where I learned to think in systems, details, experience and cohesion. In 2022, I decided to fully choose my own path and focus entirely on my branding & design studio.
And then AI happened.
To me, it felt like the missing piece. Suddenly, I could not only imagine ideas, but bring them to life in ways that simply weren’t possible before. I started integrating AI to think bigger and build brands and stories more powerfully: strategically, scalable and with the future in mind. As an ecosystem where technology enhances what you do instead of replacing it. So you can focus on where you truly make the difference.

To me, creativity isn’t a hobby. It’s a way of thinking. Continuing to evolve. Seeing solutions and possibilities where others stop.
Strategic design creates direction. It’s about quality, functionality, innovation and creating an experience that feels right at every level.
And optimism isn’t naivety. It’s taking responsibility for your energy, your choices and what you contribute to the world.

About the studio
With more than ten years of experience across design, strategy, branding and digital development, I don’t create brand assets but complete brand worlds. I’ve worked across almost everything that brings a brand to life: from positioning, graphic design and web design to illustration, development and premium AI design. That broad foundation allows me to build brands that make sense strategically and feel powerful visually, down to the smallest detail.
From my studio on the water in Amsterdam, I create future-proof brands that stand strong and evolve with a world that never stops changing.
