Affirmations are positive thoughts. By repeating them, the affirmations become part of your system, your subconscious and your beliefs. We believe what we often hear or say. By repeating affirmations regularly, you can change your thoughts. You can reprogram yourself. 

Positive affirmations

These positive affirmations energize you and trigger you to think in a positive way. By saying the affirmations often, your subconscious mind is going to accept these thoughts. What you hear more often, you will start to believe. And then you start behaving in line with that. 

How can you apply this to your daily life?

I have come up with all kinds of positive affirmations for 4 topics

Tip: on the internet you can find all kinds of lists. Take out what is relevant for you and complete it with your own input.
I put all these positive phrases together and speak them as a mantra. I recorded the mantra on my phone. In the morning as soon as I wake up and in the evening before I go to bed I listen to this several times – after a Wim Hof breathing technique. Do you have experience with affirmations?
